Claim

If your organization has successfully registered, reported and earned complimentary tickets during the 2023 Shoebox Challenge, then you will finally need to claim your tickets. It is important all earned tickets are claimed before April 1, 2024, or else you will lose any remaining tickets.

To get started, select your attraction to see how your earned tickets will be received.

1. Log into your account

To claim your organization’s earned complimentary tickets, click the “Claim Now” button at the bottom of this page or on the homepage. You will then see the account login screen. If you have an account, enter the email address and password for your organization to login. If you do not have an account, then your organization has not completed registration in time to participate for the current year Shoebox Challenge. 

2. Claim your tickets starting February 1, 2024

From your account dashboard, you will see a green “Claim” button available under your organization’s “Action Items” list. Once clicked, you will be taken to a form to input the number of tickets you would like to claim along with the option to enter a reminder note that will help you keep track of tickets claimed. There will also be an “Earned Tickets Overview” for your organization so that you can easily see how many tickets are remaining to be claimed. 

  • Note – Due to system limitations, you can only claim up to ten (10) tickets at a time. Example: Your organization earned seventeen (17) tickets. You will be able to claim up to ten (10) the first time and then will need to claim again to get your remaining seven (7) tickets. You will see these numbers in your “Earned Tickets Overview” on the dashboard screen to help manage the quantity of tickets claimed.

3. Print your tickets by April 1, 2024

Once you have selected the number of tickets to claim, you will receive an email to the email address used for your account with a PDF file attached containing your tickets. You will also be able to download and print these tickets from your account dashboard at any time by finding the desired tickets in the “Activity for 2023” section and clicking the red “Download Tickets” button.

  • Note – Each PDF file downloaded or received in email contain unique tickets. While two PDF files may appear to contain the same tickets because a ticket number is repeated, the barcodes are unique. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us for assistance.

Did you select Kentucky Kingdom?

If your organization’s attraction selected is Kentucky Kingdom and you earned complimentary tickets based on the shoeboxes your organization packed and reported, you will see that the status in your “Claim” bar under your organization’s “Action Items” list now shows “Tickets in email” and a message will detail how many tickets your organization has earned in the 2023 Shoebox Challenge.

You will be receiving all of your earned tickets in a single email delivered to your email address listed in your profile.

Did you select Callaway Gardens or Museum of the Bible?

If your organization’s attraction selected is Callaway Gardens or Museum of the Bible and you earned complimentary tickets based on the shoeboxes your organization packed and reported, you will see that the status in your “Claim” bar under your organization’s “Action Items” list now shows “Tickets in the mail” and a message will detail how many tickets your organization has earned in the 2023 Shoebox Challenge.

These attractions will be mailing your earned tickets through physical mail delivery to your organization’s address listed in your profile. We will only mail to an alternative address if one was provided during the registration process.
