Report

Once you have successfully registered your organization and packed shoeboxes for National Collection Week November 18 – 25, you must report the number of shoeboxes your organization packed no later than December 15. This not only shares your great news with us but also determines your complimentary tickets qualification. To get started, watch the video and follow these simple steps below.

How to Sign Into Account

1. Log In

To report the number of shoebox gifts you organization has packed, click the “Report Now” now button at the bottom of this page or on the homepage. You will then see the account login screen. If you have an account, enter the email address and password for your organization to login. If you do not have an account, then your organization has not completed registration in time to participate for the current year Shoebox Challenge.

2. Click “Report” in your “Action Items” list

From your account dashboard, you will see a green “Report” button available under your organization’s “Action Items” list. Once clicked, you will be taken to a form to input the number of shoebox gifts your organization has packed. 

  • Note – If your organization serves as a drop-off location, please ONLY report the number of shoeboxes your organization has packed and NOT the total shoeboxes dropped off.

3. Confirm your organization has reported

After successfully submitting the “Report” form, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used for your account. You will also see in your account dashboard that the “Report” bar is now solid green with a checkmark under your organization’s “Action Items” list, indicating your organization has successfully reported for the 2019 Shoebox Challenge.

  • Note – you will only be able to report the number of shoeboxes ONCE. If there is an error in the number reported, please contact us for assistance.
